note your

see numerous
emails, we will
look into it to
be sure it is
not spam.
If we receive
complaints
against your
account from
ISP's reporting
spam, your site

careful you are
not sending

Do you
support ASP.Net

-
I have too
much space for
my one account.
Can I resell
space to someone
else?
No. We do not
allow subleasing
http://www.yourdomain.com/client
or free web
space given to
other clients.
Our web plans
are for single
users only.
-
Do you
support
Microsoft

No. We do not
have Windows

MySQL databases.

Secure CGI?

Can I downgrade
my account at
the middle of
the contract?
No, accounts can
only be
downgraded
during the first
thirty days of
the upgrade, or
at the end of
your hosting
contract.
-
Can I stream
media from my
account?
We offer
progressive
streaming,
meaning that you
can upload the
file to our
servers, and
then link to it.
When a visitor
accesses that
file, they can
then stream it
to their
computer, or
download it.
We do not
provide a
dedicated
streaming
server, so you
won't be able to
run applications
like ShoutCast
from the
servers, but you
can upload your
content, link to
it, and allow
visitors to
view/hear it
this way.
Additionally,
since we offer
progressive
streaming, users
that are behind
firewalls, which
could prevent
them from
listening to
streams from a
dedicated
streaming
server, are able
to listen to the
content as well,
since the stream
would be going
through port 80
(standard port
for http
traffic).
Also, you can
embed a media
player directly
into your site
to play the
content. For
information on
how to do this
(and a generator
to show you how
to do this as
well) check out
http://cit.ucsf.edu/embedmedia/step1.php

Eudora, or other
client based
e-mail programs?
Yes.
-
You offer
unlimited
bandwidth...How
is that
possible?
It's true, no
one can truly
provide
unlimited web
hosting, but
when we say
unlimited
domains,
diskspace or
bandwidth, of
course there are
terms &
conditions that
you must adhere
to. These
accounts may not
to be used to
host a
collection of
MP3s, videos,
anime, Warez, or
to backup your
computer or
another source.
They may not be
used for general
storage of any
type. All
content stored
on an unlimited
account must be
directly used on
the Internet by
the website
associated with
that account.
These accounts
may not be used
as a download
distribution
point for your
software or
media. They are
to be used for
standard web
practices only.
This means that
all content
stored on an
unlimited
account must be
used for
"acceptable"
website use.
“Unacceptable”
usage is
anything that a
shared server
would not be
able to provide
under standard
circumstances.
If all diskspace
used is for
acceptable
websites, and
all bandwidth
used is for
acceptable
activity, then
when we run out
of diskspace
and/or
bandwidth, we
simply add more.
Of course you
are not the only
client we have
to think about,
so while your
business grows,
so do theirs,
but so does
ours. And this
is the way in
which we can
continue to
upgrade our
resources to
provide the
"unlimited"
promise.
However of
course, you must
be thinking that
a server can
only be upgraded
with the latest
processors upto
a certain limit,
and diskspace
can be only
added until
there is no more
space or slots
to add more. We
don't know when
or if that will
ever be reached
on our servers
as we constantly
load balance our
servers to
ensure an even
distribution of
accounts, but we
do concede that
if it does ever
reach such a
stage or if your
account requires
resources that
are not able to
be provided by a
shared server,
then in such
circumstances we
may require you
to rent a
dedicated
server. Any
professional and
reliable host
would say the
same thing, you
can check around
for yourself.
And anyway, if
you are very
successful,
which is very
likely given the
massive Internet
expansion
globally with
you ending up
hosting hundreds
of domains if
not thousands,
then you would
already be in a
financial
position to
explore a
variety of
options to
expand even
further. And of
course we would
be there happy
to help you.
